Three things we get asked most
If yours is one of these, the answer is here and you will not have to wait for us.
Refunds
Fourteen days, no argument
Write from the address you bought with and say the course name. We do not ask why, and the money goes back the way it came within three working days.
Choosing
Tell us what you do
Two lines about your work is enough for us to point you at one course rather than three. We will also say when the answer is “none of them yet”.
Teaching
We are always short of instructors
If you are working in design, data or freelancing and have taught before, send a link to something you made. Teaching experience is useful; current client work is essential.
